What we collect
- Enquiry details — what you type into the enquiry form (names, contact details, wedding date, venue, your message). Used solely to reply to you and manage your booking. Forms are processed by Netlify and emailed to us.
- Analytics — we use PostHog to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This helps us improve the site; it is not used to identify you personally or sold to anyone.
Your films and photos
Client galleries are private. Any promotional use of wedding footage or photography is agreed in your contract before the wedding — nothing appears publicly without your knowledge.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and we’ll show it, correct it or delete it. Email info@mediads.co.uk.
