Wedding videographer · Newcastle & the North EastThe film you’ll never
stop watching.
You’ll miss half
your own wedding.
You’ll be getting ready. Being hugged. Mid-conversation. You can’t see your dad’s face during the vows, or what your mates were like that morning, but the film catches every bit of it, in your own voices.

I’ll catch the half
you’d have missed.
I’m Darius. I’ll be beside you for most of the best day of your life. Calm, mostly invisible, filming it like a guest who happens to have a camera.
Before any of that, I help you plan it. After our call I write out a schedule and send it to you, so on the day you’re not the one guessing. The trick is booking early. That’s when I can spot the hurdles before we reach them: the timings that won’t quite work, the light that’ll be behind the wrong table, the gap that leaves everyone stood around. Leave it late and there’s only so much anyone can do.
Most couples tell me they hate being on camera. You won’t be performing. A couple of easy prompts, then I step back and let the day happen. And I’ll always give you the truth, even the parts that don’t sell: if a smaller package is right for you, I’ll say so.
You’ll deal with me directly, start to finish. On bigger days a second filmmaker sometimes joins me, but only someone I know and trust and have filmed with before, never a stranger. And I answer fast, usually the same day.
Then, months from now, you’ll sit down and watch it back, the vows, your dad’s face, the noise of the room, and feel all of it again. That’s the whole point. That’s the half I’m here to catch.
