Planning guideCompare quotes
What do your wedding quotes actually include?
Put two photography or film offers beside each other. Start with the details you know and leave the rest as questions for the supplier.
Your entries stay on this device when you choose Save.
No email needed. These entries are not sent to Darius. Avoid adding contact details or payment information.
01 Coverage on the day
Supplier / package
Use the name on the written quote.
Start and finish times
Does it cover preparation, the ceremony and the party you want?
People attending
A second camera is not necessarily a second person.
Photography included
If one person covers both, ask how simultaneous moments are handled.
02 What you receive
Edited film length
This is the length of the final edit, not the hours of coverage.
Full ceremony recording
Included, an extra, or not wanted? Audio in a highlight is not a full recording.
Full speeches recording
Check the complete speeches separately from the main film.
Photo gallery / social clips
List the files and formats you actually want.
Delivery and feedback
When will you receive it, and what changes are included?
03 Price and remaining questions
Quoted total (£)
Copy the written total. Check VAT and other charges rather than assuming.
Travel and other extras
List anything outside the quoted total, including overtime.
Deposit and balance due
Write the amounts and dates from the agreement.
Changes / cancellation
Ask the supplier to explain anything unclear in their terms.
What still needs an answer?
A blank is something to check, not a zero cost or an included service.
Compare the offer with your priorities, not just the lowest price. Confirm every inclusion with the supplier before booking.
Still deciding what fits your day?
Our film prices and inclusions explain the available options. If your timings or priorities are different, ask Darius about your coverage. Your comparison is not attached or sent when you follow that link.
